Kettle lead much to short and dangerous having to boil on the floor ,,,,,,
Bathroom taps falling off .....
Windows very dirty ,,and rubbish piled up outside of the windows....

We were able to get food from near by and bring it over to the hotel restaurant and have a few drinks. Great Service. Read less

WIFI is useless and parking your car is a nightmare.

The hotel staff and owners were wonderful. Stayed in Avoch to be close to the golf course at Fortrose and Rosemarkie.
